This is an announcement regarding the delivery dates of SOCIO cards, membership certificates, and various benefits for SOCIO (annual ticket) and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members for the 2026/27 season.

□Regarding Advance Shipping of SOCIO (Season Tickets)

Those who joined SOCIO from the Centennial Vision League, as well as those who have auto-renewed for the 2026/27 season and completed payment by Sunday, June 28, 2026, are eligible for advance shipping.
Please check the details below.

◆For Those Who Joined SOCIO from the Century Vision League

From July30 (Thu), we will sequentially ship the full set of SOCIO (season tickets).
* Please note that since shipments will be made sequentially, it may take some time until the actual delivery.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.

・For those who applied for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP at the same time

▼ For those who applied for Big Frames Premium simultaneously
OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP benefits will be delivered separately in a special "custom box."
※The membership card will not be sent as you will continue to use the one delivered through the Centennial Concept League for the 2026/27 season.

▼For those who applied simultaneously for anything other than Big Frames Premium
OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP benefits will be sent together with the SOCIO (annual ticket) set.
※The membership card will not be sent as you will continue to use the one delivered through the Centennial Concept League for the 2026/27 season.
* For Big Frames Regular members, the original T-shirt benefit will be included, but due to T-shirt production circumstances, the shipping date may be later than for others. Please understand this in advance.
* If not applied for simultaneously, the items will be shipped separately.

◆For All SOCIO Members Joining in the 2026/27 Season

For those with automatic renewal and those who have made payment by Sunday, June 28, from Thursday, July 30, the SOCIO (season ticket) set will be shipped sequentially.
* Please note that since shipments will be made sequentially, it may take some time until the actual delivery.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.

・For those who applied for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP at the same time

The OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership card and all benefits will be included and sent together with the SOCIO (annual ticket) set.
* If not applied for simultaneously, the items will be shipped separately.

◆About the Shipping Method

Deliveries to those eligible for advance shipping will be sent by mail or courier service (Yamato Transport).
Even when shipped via a delivery service, the items may be placed in the mailbox at your registered address.
* If delivered by courier, a missed delivery notice will be left in your mailbox if you are absent, so please arrange for redelivery yourself.

□Regarding SOCIO (Annual Ticket) Venue Pickup

For those who make payments on or after June 29, 2026 (Mon), tickets will be handed out at the home game venues starting from the FC Machida Zelvia match on August 8, 2026 (Sat).
Please note that it may take some time to receive your tickets at the venue, so please be aware of this in advance.

□Regarding the Delivery of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP

They are scheduled to be shipped on the dates below, so thank you for your understanding.
* Even for those at the same address, arrival may be delayed by several days depending on the shipping status. Big Frames, Regular, and U-18 memberships will be delivered to the mailbox at the registered address, so please check accordingly.
Additionally, the serial keys for the 2026/27 season benefit tickets can be confirmed via the application/payment completion email or payment completion email, or from the members-only My Page for those who joined from the 2026/27 season onward. Those who joined from the Centennial Vision League and those who have continued via automatic renewal can check from the members’ My Page.
If you wish to use the 2026/27 season benefit tickets before delivery, please check the email sent to you upon completion of the payment procedure or the members-only My Page.

▼For those who applied for Big Frames Premium
We will ship by courier on Wednesday, August 5.
* For those who have chosen to decline the benefits, shipping will be carried out sequentially from Thursday, July 30.
* For those who wish to pick up their uniform at the venue for the international friendly match against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, August 1, items other than the uniform will be shipped in a special box.

▼For those who applied for courses other than Big Frames Premium
The delivery date varies depending on the time of application completion. Please check the date you applied for in the details below.
* Please note that the arrival time may vary depending on the region due to delivery conditions.
* If you do not receive your items within two weeks after the scheduled shipping date, please contact the office.

▼For those who joined OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP from the Century Vision League
