Regarding Spectator Manners for the March 7 (Sat) Yokohama FM Match

Match info

Since this match will be held at MUFG Stadium (Japan National Stadium), some spectator manners will differ.

JLeague Unified Prohibited Rules

To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo manages match safety and security based on management regulations. When attending the match, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited items inside the stadium, the J.League unified prohibited rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules), and the management regulations.

Please note that whether the act in question violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.
If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues occur, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering. Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering matches at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.

Regarding Filming and Video Usage Inside the Stadium for Match Broadcasts, etc.

Please note that all or part (including still images) of the footage filmed inside the stadium (including concourses) for use in match broadcasts, which may include the likenesses of individual attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations, may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts as follows.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use by the J League and official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video productions and various merchandise created by the J League or parties designated by the J League (including partner companies)

Prohibited Items

Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, please refrain from bringing into the facility any items prohibited under the J.League unified banned items as well as those listed in the following items.
- Bottles, cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Pets are allowed to be brought in.
- Other items that security personnel recognize as potentially obstructing the operation or progress of the match, causing inconvenience or danger to others

About entering and exiting the stadium

(1) Gate Opening Time
12:00 p.m. (Scheduled)
Since all seats for this match are reserved, there will be no early entry for SOCIO members or corporate season ticket holders.

(2) Entrance Gates
The entrance gate varies depending on the type of ticket. Please enter through the gate corresponding to your ticket type. Even for the same seat category, please be aware that the entrance gate differs depending on whether it is on the north side, south side, or by level.

(4) Waiting Line Lottery Entry
This will not be conducted as all seats are reserved.
Please absolutely refrain from forming waiting lines around the stadium in advance.

Spectator Rules

(1) All Seats Reserved
Moving from your seat during the match is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stands to call out to players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) Standing Area
The first tier of the home seats and the first tier of the visitor seats are designated standing areas where you can stand and cheer. The standing area does not require you to stand. It is an area where people standing should not be told to "please sit down." Continuous standing in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Areas Where Wearing Visitor Goods Is Allowed
Wearing visitor goods while watching the match is only allowed in the following areas.
・Visitor Reserved Seat
・Main SS Reserved Seat South Side
・Main S Reserved Seat South Side
・Cushioned seats south side
・Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating
・Wheelchair Visitor General Admission
* The Main SS Reserved Seat South Side, Main S Reserved Seat South Side, Cushioned Seats South Side, and Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating are mixed areas.
Visitors are not allowed to wear visitor goods or support the visiting team outside of the above area.
※Main SSS reserved seats are designated as FC Tokyo supporter seats, regardless of the north or south side, so please be aware.
(4) Passage Restrictions Within the Concourse
Those wearing visitor team uniforms and goods are not allowed to pass through the North Side Stand (1st to 3rd tiers).
Also, those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and goods are not allowed to pass through the South Side Stand visitor reserved seating area (1st tier), so please be careful.
(5) Regarding the display of banners (flags and banners)
The locations for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated.
Please refrain from displaying them outside the specified areas. When displaying, please follow the instructions of the staff.

※Please display this below the position of the iron plate on the lower part of the handrail in order to ensure the visibility of customers using wheelchair seats.

④ North Side Stand [2nd and 3rd tiers] and South Side Stand (South Side reserved seat area) [3rd tier] front part of the wheelchair seating area in the center (limited to those under 1m in height)
※Please display below the position of the iron plate on the lower part of the handrail in order to ensure the visibility of customers using wheelchair seats.

[Banner Display Times]
① FC Tokyo banners
Those preparing banners (flags, banners) in advance, please gather in front of the “H Gate” 120 minutes before the gates open.
Displaying banners (flags, horizontal banners) after the gates open is also allowed.

② Visitor team banners
They can be displayed only after the gates open. Prior display is not allowed.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.

(6) Regarding the Use of Noise-Making Instruments
The use of noise-making instruments is not allowed outside the designated areas.

(3) About the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of Large Flags: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
※If there is a flag part and the size of the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will be considered a large flag. However, the L flag is not included in the large flag.

※Please note that it is prohibited to ensure the safety of all visitors in places other than the designated area.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing and use of items that are deemed defamatory, abusive, racially discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.

<Regarding the Installation and Use of Temporary Handrails at the Front of the Standing Area>
Installation and use are only possible if the following conditions are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
・Please be sure to cover the facility structure with cloth or similar material.
・In case of damage to the facility structure, FC Tokyo and the facility cannot be held responsible.

Prohibited Actions

Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, please absolutely refrain from any J.League unified prohibited acts and the actions listed in the following items in any facility.

・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Deliberate seat saving (flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.). For details, please check here.
・Bringing in or using drums, noise makers, or large flags outside designated areas.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.

Others

・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no public parking at MUFG Stadium (Japan National Stadium), so please use public transportation.
