Enjoy Futsal Tournament Rules

Please make sure all team members check and understand before applying
① Negative remarks are prohibited! Just have fun!
② Women’s goals count as 2 points
③ After a goal is scored, restart from the center circle
④ Goalkeeper restarts with a throw
⑤ When performing a kick-in, always place the ball by hand
⑥ Player substitutions are free, but please substitute on your own side of the court at an appropriate timing
* Substitutes may enter only after the player on the line has left, to ensure there are never 6 players on the court at the same time.
⑦ No 4-second rule. However, if a player is clearly holding the ball too long, the opponent restarts with possession.
⑧ No 5-foul rule, so no second penalty kicks.
⑨ If the ball hits the net overhead, the opponent restarts with a kick-in from the nearest touchline.
⑩ Back-pass rule: The goalkeeper cannot handle the ball with their hands if it is an intentional pass played by a teammate using their feet. However, passing by kicking with the feet is allowed.
⑪ Dangerous actions such as sliding tackles that may injure opponents are prohibited.
If such actions are observed
1. Yellow card to the team
* Two yellow cards result in a red card and one player is sent off
2. Restart with opponent's ball from the touchline
3. Attacking side: Goal is disallowed
4. Defending side: If inside the penalty area, the opponent is awarded 1 point
⑫ If not gathered at the court by the match start time, it is a 3-0 forfeit loss
* A match is valid with at least 3 players.
* Even in the case of a forfeit loss, the match can still be played.
* Since there is a 2-minute interval between matches, please gather near the court entrance at least 5 minutes before the match starts.

Special Rules for the Relaxed Edition

① Shooting height limit (about 60 cm)
* Clearly over-swinging, excessively strong shots are prohibited.
② Using the body or hands for defense or to take the ball is prohibited.
* If there is any contact, please communicate with each other.
③ No full-speed sprints!
④ If a floating ball hits the opponent's face, restart with the opponent's ball from that spot.
* Please be considerate when there is someone right in front of you.
⑤ “TOKYO DOROMPA Card”
This is shown during the match when there is fair play or behavior that energizes the tournament.

About Cancellations

We accept inquiries by phone only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on or after Feb 14 (Sat) will incur a cancellation fee.
① Until Feb 13 (Fri): Free
② Feb 14 (Sat) to Feb 19 (Thu): 50% of the tournament participation fee
③ Feb 20 (Fri) to the day of the event: 100% of the tournament participation fee
* Please note that we cannot accept inquiries outside business hours (10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

About the Waiting List

We will notify you by email or phone when it is your turn.
Please note that if we cannot reach you on the same day, your priority will be invalidated.
* Please cooperate by canceling your waitlist status as soon as you become unavailable.
* Please note that once your reservation is complete, the cancellation policy will apply.

About Tournament Cancellation

・If there are fewer than 4 teams, cancellation notice will be given by 10:00 p.m. on the 19th (Thu).
・In case of severe weather or if it is determined that the event cannot be held at the facility ※As a rule, the event will be held in the rain
We will notify you by 2 hours before the tournament starts on the day.

Notes

・This is not a competition to determine winners or losers. Please participate with respect for your teammates and opponents.
* Please participate only if you understand and agree to the purpose and special rules of this tournament.
・Spikes are not allowed. Please participate wearing training shoes or futsal shoes.
*Rental shoes are 500 yen per pair. The quantity and sizes are limited.
・Bringing in balls and using them outside the court is prohibited. *They will be provided at the facility.
・For safety, we recommend wearing shin guards.
・Please remove all accessories while playing. (Glasses and smartwatches are also not allowed)
*Only sports glasses are permitted.
・We do not take any responsibility for accidents, loss of valuables, or malfunctions at our facility, so please understand.
・Drinking and bringing alcohol is prohibited.
・There is no smoking area on the rooftop.
・Please note that photos and videos taken during the event may be posted on various advertising media, facility websites, staff blogs, etc. to introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
・The personal information we receive may be used to provide information about FC Tokyo and facility events.
・We will responsibly handle the personal information you provide in accordance with the ' Privacy Policy ' established by the facility.
* By applying for events at this facility, you are deemed to have agreed to the handling of personal information.
