Regarding the "2023 Season Tickets", we will begin accepting applications from Dec 1 (Thu) 15:00. Please check the details below for more information.

□2023 Q&A on Annual Tickets
Q1. Is it possible to sit next to family or friends who also purchased annual tickets when purchasing designated seat annual tickets?
A1. There is a column to fill in the "name of the neighboring seat requester" at the time of application. If you can fill it in there, we will confirm your request and assign your seat.

Q2. If I purchase a designated seat annual ticket, is it possible to watch the game with family or friends who have not purchased annual tickets?
A2. We have requested the introduction of a system that allows for seat changes for annual tickets to J-League Ticket Pia, but at the moment, seat changes for annual tickets are not possible.
If you wish to move to another seat only when watching with family or friends, we recommend purchasing separate tickets at the member price and listing the seat of the annual ticket for official resale.
Note: The translation of the HTML snippet is as follows: "In addition, the seats of SOCIO members with back designated seats will be assigned with one row spacing, and we plan to create a situation where general tickets can be purchased before and after. General tickets for seats close to each other before and after will be available for purchase."
We are currently considering ways to change the seats for annual tickets.

Q3. Can I specify my seat when purchasing an annual reserved seat ticket?
A3. You cannot apply by specifying a seat number, but for Main SS Reserved Seats, Main S Reserved Seats, Back Center Reserved Seats, and Back Reserved Seats, you can select your preferred area at the time of purchase. If you have detailed requests within that area, there is a "Reserved Seat Request Field" where you can write them.
We cannot promise to fulfill all requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them.

Q4. Can I select an area on the south side from the center for the back designated seats?
A4. You cannot choose. Please select from the area on the north side (home side) rather than the back center designated seat.

Q5. Is there a lottery when applying for the Main SSS Reserved Seat annual ticket?
A5. (In the 2022 season, applications were accepted by lottery,) but there will be no lottery for the 2023 season. The north side of the Main SSS Reserved Seats will be allocated to annual ticket holders.
Please note that we may end the application acceptance when the number of seats available for sale is reached.

Q6. I do not wish to auto-renew, but is it possible to purchase the same seat as in the 2022 season?
A6. For seat types with rights to the same seat (pair seats, Main SSS, Main SS, Main S, Back Center UF, Back Center), if you complete your application and payment by Dec 22 (Thu), the same seat will be secured even if you do not wish to auto-renew.
The rights to the same seat for the back UF and home UF designated seats mentioned in "Change ③" below will be granted priority to those who apply for the 2023 season and continue from the 2024 season onwards.

Q7. How do I renew a pair seat?
Q7. Since pair seats are still on the waiting list for the 2023 season, we will send a separate email with renewal instructions to those who purchased in the 2022 season. Please follow the procedure from that email to renew your seat.

※The standing area (lower tier behind the home goal) does not require standing. It is an area where people are not asked to sit down.
※Seats where you can support the visiting team while wearing visitor goods are "Main SS Designated Seat South Side", "Main S Designated Seat South Side", and "Visitor Seat". All other seat types are designated as FC Tokyo cheering seats.

"Pair seats" are currently sold out, but if vacancies occur during the 2023 season, priority will be given to continuing SOCIO members.
