[7/22 Update] 8/7 (Sun) Taku SHIMIZU Match Ticket Sales

We have added detailed information on how to obtain the "Voice Support Area Admission Ticket" for Home General Admission SOCIO.
Announcement regarding ticket sales for the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 24 match against Shimizu S-Pulse on Aug 7, 2022 (Sun) at 18:00 (kickoff at Ajinomoto Stadium).
As announced by the J.League on June 30 (Thursday) regarding the phased introduction of vocal support in official matches, the match against Shimizu S-Pulse on August 7 (Sunday) will be held as a target match for Sec. 24 of the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1 League. Please note that there are differences for SOCIO members compared to the match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo on July 6 (Wednesday), so please be sure to check.
Please check in advance for changes and precautions regarding the usual scheduled matches.

【Establishment of Vocal Support Area】
Only the following seat types will be designated as "Vocal Support Areas" and will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern.
・Home General Admission Lower Level
・Visitor Unreserved Seats Lower Level
※The upper stands are not the "vocal support area".
※Ticket checks will be conducted when entering the "vocal support area," so please present your ticket when entering the area.
※There are requirements for wearing non-woven fabric masks and restrictions on eating and drinking within the area. For more details, please check the spectator manners.
※The seat type change service to general admission for SOCIO reserved seats and corporate season ticket holders is also available for this match; however, please note that if the applicable seat type is sold out, seat changes cannot be made.
□ The following items remain prohibited
・Encouraging support outside the designated cheering area (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering by singing songs or making noise, such as shouting, outside the designated cheering area
・Use of megaphones, including Erik, outside the cheering area
・High five, shoulder huddle
・Support with the use of big flags
・Acts such as displaying gate flags on seats that cause inconvenience to other customers
[Regarding Seat Spacing]
For this match, only the lower tier of the home general admission seats and the lower tier of the visitor general admission seats, which are designated as the "Cheering Area," will be seated in a checkerboard pattern with one seat left empty in front, behind, and to the sides.
※Please note that there are areas in the stadium where seats are not arranged regularly due to the structure.
Seats will be sold by packing them together, except for the cheering area.

＜About the event pattern＞
Although it will be limited to 50% capacity, seating with spacing between seats will only be available in the lower section of the home general seating area, so it will be implemented in event pattern A. Those who have a SOCIO card (pre-allocated seating method, refund method, second-half season ticket) can enter with their SOCIO card.
Refund reception will be conducted only for those who have selected the refund method and for SOCIO members with home free seats for the second half of the year.
[For all SOCIO members]
If you have not applied for a refund due to the installation of the cheering area, you can enter with your SOCIO card. If you have applied for a refund, you will need to purchase a separate ticket.
For those of you who wish to watch the game in the "vocal support area" with the home general seating SOCIO, please make sure to obtain an admission ticket to the "vocal support area" in advance. Those who are interested, please do not forget to proceed with the necessary procedures.

②Select the lower level for "Vocal Support"
③Select the "Vocal Support Area" ticket/QR ticket (J-Ticket) for FC Tokyo/Home General Admission SOCIO
④Select "1 ticket" from the quantity selection (selecting 2 or more tickets will result in an error)
⑤Confirm the details and select "Proceed to Purchase"
⑥Select "No Payment" for the payment method and "QR Ticket Issuance" for the ticket collection method
⑦Check the box to agree to the terms of use and select "Confirm Purchase" to complete the acquisition
※After completing the acquisition of the admission ticket, the obtained ticket will be displayed in the "Ticket List / QR Issuance" section of the account menu on My Page.
※On the day of the match, please present your "SOCIO card" at the entrance gate and your "QR ticket" (admission ticket) at the entrance to the voice support area.
[Flow until entering the "Cheering Area"]
(1)When entering the stadium, please enter as usual with your SOCIO card.
* Admission tickets for the "Cheering Area" cannot be used for entry.
(2) Please present the admission ticket (QR code) for the "Cheering Area" that you have obtained in advance when entering the "Cheering Area" for vocal support.
※You cannot enter the "Cheering Area with Voice" using a SOCIO card
【For corporate season ticket holders】
Corporate season ticket holders can use exchange vouchers.
Please bring your ticket for the match and proceed to the exchange tent.
* For those with home general admission seats, we will ask for your preference between lower and upper tiers at the time of exchange.
・Regarding the refund reception for the home general admission SOCIO ticket holders who have selected the refund method and purchased tickets for the second half of the year
Regarding the refund method, it is stated at the time of sale that "refunds will be provided for matches that have become limited in terms of holding and require seating with spacing between seats."
For this match, those with home general admission seats will need to have some seating gaps in certain areas, so we will implement a refund reception for those who wish to do so within the home general admission SOCIO selection.

※Please note that for those who have applied for a refund, there may be a shorter resale/transfer period for the Yokohama F.Marinos match on Sep 3 (Sat) or 4 (Sun) due to system settings.

・Corporate annual ticket holders who have purchased Home Free Seats (please exchange your corporate annual ticket for a paper ticket at the corporate annual ticket exchange booth before entering)

[About Visitor General Admission Seats]
Tickets for "Visitor General Admission Seats" will be available for general sale starting from Jul 26 (Tue) at 10:00.
Please note that the area where vocal cheering is allowed is limited to the lower tier of the Visitor General Admission Seats only.

The area where you can watch the game wearing the visitor team's uniform and goods is as follows.

※The Main SS Designated Seats South Side and Main S Designated Seats South Side are mixed-use areas.
※The seat types that allow wearing the visitor team's uniforms and goods, as well as supporting the visitor team, are the "Main SS Designated Seat South Side", "Main S Designated Seat South Side", and "Visitor Free Seat" mentioned above. All other seat types will be FC Tokyo's cheering seats.
□Purchase Method
Tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets) for the purpose of "identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection." Please note that there will be no sales at convenience stores or at the stadium's ticket sales on the day of the event.
We recommend purchasing QR tickets to minimize contact between customers and staff.

・Please note that being an early bird purchaser does not guarantee the availability of your preferred seat type, specific seat, or adjacent seat with the simultaneous applicant. Thank you for your understanding.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, entry will be denied and we cannot refund the ticket price, so please understand.
・Children who have not yet entered school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
