Changes to the method of entering with paper tickets
From the match between Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo and Levain Cup quarterfinals on Sep 5 (Sun), 2021, we will change the method of entering with paper tickets.
Currently, entry with paper tickets requires staff at the entrance gate to visually confirm the tickets and then customers themselves tear off the tickets.
From now on, entry authentication will be done by reading the two-dimensional barcode printed on the paper ticket with the entry authentication terminal.
This eliminates the need to tear paper tickets, and since it is contactless like QR tickets, speedy entry is possible.
□ About the method of entry with paper tickets
Please hold the barcode part circled below on the paper ticket over the laser emitted from the back of the entry authentication terminal (One-Touch Pass) held by the gate staff.
After the barcode is scanned, there is no need to tear the ticket, so please proceed to enter as is.
□ About Attendance Records
For those who have linked their SOCIO or CSM One-Touch Pass ID with the J.League ID used to purchase the ticket, an attendance record will be automatically added upon entry, so there is no need to separately touch or scan a card at the terminal. For those who have not linked their IDs, please add your attendance record at the designated recording terminal.
