FC Tokyo player Sei Muroya has been selected to play as an additional member of the Samurai Blue (Japanese national team) in the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar second round qualifier in October, which will also serve as a second round qualifier for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup in China.
