Six players were selected as "2019 J. League Best Eleven"
In the 2019 J. League Awards held today, six players from FC Tokyo—Sei Muroya, Masato Morishige, Diego Oliveira, Kensuke Nagai, Kento Hashimoto, and Akihiro Hayashi—were selected for the Best Eleven.

“I’m so happy to be selected as one of the Best Eleven.
I think the people around me put me to good use, and it was really a first for me where I could flourish.

Since the previous win (2016 season), there were seasons where I couldn’t play as I expected due to my injury, but I’m happy to have been selected for the Best Eleven.
I think that personal award is solely due to the team’s results, so I’m thankful to all my team mates, fans, and supporters.

I’m really glad to be selected as one of the Best Eleven.
I think it’s all thanks to God, my family, and all the fans and supporters that I was able to receive this award.

* Kento Hashimoto has been selected for SAMURAIBLUE (Japan national team) and appeared at the J. League Awards, which were broadcast alongside the EAFF E-1 Football Championship 2019 Finals held in South Korea.
