About "Pink Ribbon in Tokyo"
The number of people diagnosed with breast cancer increases from their 30s and is common among the working-age group up to their 50s; however, it is said that more than 90% of people can be cured through early detection and early treatment.
In Tokyo, we are implementing the Pink Ribbon Campaign in collaboration with local governments, private organizations, and other civil society groups to raise awareness about the importance of breast cancer screening during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
