Thank you very much for your continued support.
On Aug 18 (Sun), we will hold a "Big Frames Social Gathering" exclusively for members of the club support group "Big Frames".
This will be an opportunity for members to deepen their friendship with the top team’s players and staff who will be participating.
We hope you will fully enjoy interacting with the players and staff while giving encouragement to the team currently in first place. We sincerely ask for your enthusiastic participation.
Please note that only those who have become Big Frames members by the application deadline are eligible. If you wish to participate, please join or upgrade your membership to Club Support Member as soon as possible.

1. Date and Time
Aug 18 (Sun) 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (planned)
※Venue: A certain location in Tokyo

※Details will be provided to all participants

 
2. Participation Fee
10,000 yen per person (tax included)
※Includes a souvenir exclusive to participants

3. Eligible Participants
Big Frames members: 520 people (planned)
※If there are many applicants, a lottery will be conducted. Please understand in advance.
※Participation is limited to members only. Please refrain from bringing companions, including children.
※Please refrain from participating if you are a junior high school student or younger due to the evening event.
※Groups, organizations, and corporations can participate with up to 3 people, but the membership fee will be 10,000 yen per person. We will create name tags, so please provide us with individual names.

※If you wish to make a combined payment for two or more people, please contact the secretariat by email (csm@fctokyo.co.jp) in advance (before payment) with the name of the payer and the names of the persons covered by the payment amount.
※For applications from corporations, organizations, or groups, the same table will be assigned. Please let us know if you wish to have a separate table.
* Regarding seating together for individual applications, we will accommodate this on the day of the event.
* If you are unable to use the application form, please write "Wish to participate in the exchange meeting" and send the following information by email to the office (csm@fctokyo.co.jp).
