"Dear FC Tokyo fans.
I've decided to move to Austrian third division team SV Horn.
I joined FC Tokyo Komazawa School when I was in third grade of elementary school. Since then, for 18 years, I have been able to grow through training in FC Tokyo's wonderful environment. In other words, I don't know any teams other than FC Tokyo. After being promoted from U-15 to U-18 and then from U-18 to the senior team, I had never decided on my football career path. With my 10-year professional career just around the corner, I want to take on a challenge for the first time in my football career and have decided on this move.
When I was diagnosed with overtraining syndrome, I caused you worry. I once thought about retiring, but the time I was away from football made me want to play even more than before. With that motivation turned into energy, I will restart my football career from scratch in Europe.
I appreciate everyone who has supported me. And thank you in advance for your continued support of footballer Shuichi Gonda."

Note: Due to some scheduling issues, we are unable to hold interactive sessions with fans. To avoid confusion at the airport, we will not disclose his flight information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
