Guide to Watching from Wheelchair and Universal Seating
Starting from the 2025 season, wheelchair seating and universal seating will be introduced at FC Tokyo home games.
Information about the matches held at Japan National Stadium will be provided on the official homepage separately.
Seating Arrangement

- Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating
- Universal Free Seating
The above 5 seat types will be set up and operated.

The only seat types where you can watch the game wearing visitor team uniforms or goods are "Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating" and "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating."
Other seating types are designated as FC Tokyo support seats.
* Regarding the seating chart for matches held at the Japan National Stadium, announcements will be made again on the official FC Tokyo website.

The above four seat types will be sold through the Mirairo Ticket in the digital disability certificate "Mirairo ID".

Purchasing with Mirairo Ticket requires registering a disability certificate in the Mirairo ID. Additionally, all personal information provided during Mirairo ID registration is managed exclusively by Mirairo Inc. Registration for a Mirairo ID takes three business days.

※ Universal Free Seating is a seat that can be used by people who have difficulty climbing stairs due to physical disabilities, elderly people, pregnant women, and others in various situations.

"Wheelchair Home Main/Back Free Seating," "Wheelchair Home North Stand Seating," "Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating," and "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating" can be purchased up to 1 ticket per account for "persons with a disability certificate" and up to 3 tickets for "companions." Since "persons with a disability certificate" and "companions" are separate seating categories, please purchase from their respective pages.
"Universal Free Seating" allows a maximum of 1 ticket per account for the "Representative" and up to 3 tickets for "Companions." Since "Representative" and "Companions" are separate seating categories, please purchase from their respective pages.

Wheelchair Access
There is a dedicated entrance. Entry is also possible from the Keio (main) gate.
After entering, please contact the general information desk inside the venue.
Our staff will guide you to your seats.

2. After the application deadline, we will contact you at the registered email address of the J.League ID you logged in with at the time of application by two business days before the match date. A guidance email will be sent from "unei@fctokyo.co.jp".
* If you have set domain-specific reception, please configure it for "fctokyo.co.jp".
* Please note that individual inquiries regarding the lottery results cannot be accepted.
* From the 2025 season, a copy of the disability certificate will no longer be required for parking applications, and a Mirairo ID username will be necessary.
About Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "magnetic loop seats" so that those using hearing aids can also enjoy the game. These seats use the "telecoil" function built into hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by a microphone directly to the hearing aid.
Advance application is required, and those without an application cannot use this service, so please be aware.
