This special event is held as part of the joint project "Meiji Yasuda J-Activity" by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, the club's official partner and J.League partner, together with the J.League. It offers a day of indulgence to forget everyday life, featuring yoga that makes you want to take a deep breath, heart-melting sweets, and healing experiences all gathered in one place. We have prepared moments that gently fulfill your mind and body, and we look forward to welcoming you!

At the 'Meiji Yasuda J-Activity Booth,' 1,000 people who answer the survey will be selected by lottery to receive an original baseball shirt on the spot.

Parent-Child Participation OK: Relax on the Open Sky and Lawn - Yoga Experience Event!
Before the match, a yoga experience event will be held at the throwing practice area next to Ajinomoto Stadium. We have prepared two courses: Refresh Yoga for adults and Family Yoga for parent-child pairs. Stretch your body barefoot, lie down, and relieve mental and physical tension to prepare for watching the match!

- 1. Adult Refresh Yoga (Target: Junior high school students and above / Capacity: First 30 applicants / Participation Fee: 1,000 yen)
- 2. Family Yoga (Target: One child in elementary school or younger and one guardian as a parent-child pair / Capacity: First 15 pairs (30 people) / Participation Fee: 1,500 yen)

- Purchase of a separate ticket to watch the match against Machida on Sunday, April 5, is required for participation. On the day, the viewing ticket will be checked at the reception.

Approximately 9 years of yoga teaching experience. Transitioned to an instructor after about 20 years as an actress.
Engaged in activities with the hope that participants’ minds and bodies will feel lighter, conveying the wonderfulness of yoga—discovered as a hobby for maintaining body lines, dieting, stress relief, and mental calmness—as well as the importance and enjoyment of physical movement.
